3. Hygiene & Safety Policy (Important)
⚠️ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used lashes cannot be returned or refunded.
As eyelashes are personal-use beauty products, we strictly enforce this policy to ensure customer safety and product integrity.
Returns that do not meet hygiene requirements will be rejected.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
